This is Gary Burch from WV Weather.org asking for DONATIONS to
keep my web site up and running. My Partner Kevin Shaw and I have been
the only two that has footed the bill ALL these years. I have a C.P.A. working on making us 501c-3Nonprofit by the IRS but it will cost us $ 1,400.00 to do it, so please if you can only donate $ 5.00 we would appreciate it.!! I have had the DONATION PAGE on my

will be taken out of this donated monies because we are a 501c-4
Nonprofit Incorporation of the State of West Virginia being changed to a 501c-3 so we can get tax exempted grants from big businesses . We are running on a minimum budget until we get our tax exempted status.
